Wecome!
What makes Secular Life different from other non-religious groups?
We would like to think the biggest difference is our commitment to speaking about what we believe "in" rather than what we "do not". We would suggest that our strength is in a focus on building our lives and sharing in the lives of those around us without any other motivation other than reason and caring.
We leave the discussion of specific, and sometimes divisive labels, to other forums. We make it our mission to build on the multitude of things we hold in common with others who consider themselves as non-religious... and thus by definition, Secular.
Secular Life is about living well and letting other's know that there is a vibrant life to be lived without superstition and that the Secular world view should be accepted and respected in our society.
Secular life is about building consensus among those of us who share a respect for science, reason, our environment, and human kind... we are about living like we mean it!
